I grew up in Georgia, so my snow removal days started when I was deicing FedEx aircraft. Today, we offer commercial and residential snow removal around the Black Hills, because it is a way of life when it turns cold. Every customer is a priority, but early sign up is imperative because once we start getting snowstorms, people start looking for service.
Is your current service provider falling down on the job or frustrate you because they are unreliable. Shoot us a note, and maybe we can help.
There are several things to consider about having your property serviced. First off, what type of trigger do you need? In other words, at what amount of snowfall would you like us to come out? Some customers want “any amount of accumulation”, whereas others want to do some of it themselves and have a trigger at 3 inches -- it’s really up to you. Typically, our (per visit) pricing starts with a base rate of under 3 inches, and then the price changes incrementally every with 3 inches of accumulation after that. Next, what time do you need it cleared by? This is often a moving target. For example, if it needs to be completed by 9:00 a.m., but is starts snowing at 7:00 a.m. and is going to continue snowing for 48 hours, you may want at end of business or later in the day on the first day, and a follow up visit the next day or after the storm has passed. The key is communication between you and us. Other things to consider could be obviously what areas to clear, and where to pile the snow. What are you needs?
